Comprehensive RolandCare service and support is provided throughout India by our distributor Apsom Infotex Limited. So whether you’re based in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, in another city or further afield, you’ll have the reassurance that someone is available to get your machine up and running, fast.

All Apsom Infotex Limited engineers are factory-trained directly by Roland DG, so they’re always up to date with the latest information on new and existing products, and have the necessary tools to fix any problem.

The RolandCare Promise

When you purchase a Roland DG device you’ll benefit from a 1 year RolandCare warranty (either 1 year from installation date, or 15 months from dispatch date, whichever falls sooner). A RolandCare warranty includes all telephone, e-mail and engineer support, plus all parts (excluding consumables and accessories), labour and transport costs within India*. It also includes a Preventative Maintenance service to ensure that your machine continues to run smoothly 24/7.

* Print heads are covered for ECO-SOL MAX / ECO-SOL MAX2 ink users for 1 year and for Premium / Premium 2 ink users for 6 months. If you use other inks then the warranty will not be valid. All RolandCare warranties are subject to meeting Apsom Infotex Limited's Terms and Conditions about maintenance of the Roland device.
STIKA, GX-24, MPX-80/90, MDX-15/20 and EGX-30 machines receive a CIM warranty, which includes all labour and parts (excluding consumables and accessories).
