How our process works

Step 1

Once we’ve received your online form, your case will be logged into our system. One of our ApsomCare technical support advisors will then call you back.

Step 2
Our technical advisors will talk through your query with you, if we cannot resolve it over the phone, we will then progress to step 3.

Step 3
Your case will then be passed to a RolandCare engineer and we will schedule a convenient time for them to come and fix your machine on-site.
